When I had given up trying the surfer shots, I finally noticed the yellow and blue contrast that had developed between the sunlight sky and blue coloured sea in the shade. I liked the image so much, I decided to use it as the Gower Photography signature image.<\/p>\n<p>For those that would like some tech, the image was taken on a Nikon D300 with a 24-120mm lens and Lee 0.9 ND filter. White balance was set at daylight.<\/p>\n<p>I am finding more and more that I leave my camera set to daylight white balance.
